How LED light therapy works
LED facials use specific wavelengths of light that the skin absorbs without heat or downtime. Red light reaches the deeper layers to boost collagen production, improve circulation and reduce redness. Blue light targets the bacteria that cause acne. Near-infrared supports healing and helps calm irritated skin. The treatment is painless and you can go straight back to your day.
What to expect
After a quick cleanse, Christopher positions the LED panel over the face for a timed session, usually 15 to 20 minutes, with the wavelength chosen for your concern. In the Glow and Go, radio frequency is added to warm the deeper tissue and tighten the skin. The treatment finishes with serums and SPF. Total time is about 30 minutes, which is why it is popular on lunch breaks and before events.
